Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TheFlex, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.
The service
TheFlex is a social platform where people post flexes — photos or videos with captions — showing how they live, and the community votes on them to set their value and rank. You can also join groups (called crews, up to 10 people each) that include group chat. The service is currently provided free of charge, and no real-money transactions can occur on it.
Your content & license
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant TheFlex a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content so we can run the service for you and others. You are responsible for what you post and for making sure you have the right to post it.
Acceptable use
Don't post illegal content, harass or threaten anyone, impersonate others, create multiple accounts to manipulate votes (for example, voting for yourself), spam, post sexual or age-restricted content, or otherwise abuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
No age-restricted content
TheFlex is for a general audience. We do not allow nudity, sexual or sexually explicit content, pornography, or anything that would be age-restricted or unsafe for all audiences — including in photos, videos, captions, or chat. Content that violates this will be removed, and accounts that post it may be suspended or permanently banned. If you see something that shouldn't be here, use the Report button on the post.
No real-money value
Votes, tiers, and ranks are for entertainment and social recognition only. They carry no monetary value and offer no payout, now or later. Anything that suggests otherwise is inaccurate.
Groups & chat
Crews are limited to 10 people. Content posted in a private group stays visible to its members only, except where we are required to share it by law.
Termination
You can delete your account and your content at any time. We can also suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheFlex is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use TheFlex after changes take effect means you accept them.
